ELMIRA: Journal of Educational Transformation is a scholarly journal dedicated to advancing knowledge, theory, and practice in education, learning, and educational management. ELMIRA is published twice a year, in May and November. The journal operates a no-fee publication policy, with no charges for manuscript submission, peer review, or article publication.
